What we don't support
Up to $10,000 and Over $10,000
- Projects where those who benefit are outside the Gisborne TLA region (Trust beneficiaries)
- Projects which do not strongly align with the Trusts - He Rangitapu He Tohu Ora Wellbeing Framework
- Projects that do not demonstrate a clear need and wellbeing advancement
- Core activities of central or local government where their funding models provide outcomes including health, education and horizontal infrastructure
- Projects which do not provide evidence of actual and meaningful collaboration and connectedness
- Projects that do not show or create efficiencies for community such as co-locating, shared service models and efficient business training
- Retrospective applications (projects, programmes or events which have been completed or costs committed before you have been informed of your funding decision)
- Projects that have no community involvement and support
- Projects that do not align with use of local businesses and suppliers wherever practical for the work that needs to be done
- The redistribution of our funds to a third party
- Repayment of outstanding debt
Up to $30,000 for the purposes of investigation, research and feasibility
