Business Mentors New Zealand is the only independent national business mentoring service provider to the small business sector in New Zealand. The service matches experienced business people, the Mentors, with small business owners.
In its near three-decade-long delivery BMNZ has worked with over 70,000 individuals including startup entrepreneurs, existing business owners, and not-for-profit executives. Every client of the service has a unique perspective; the challenge is to understand what can be done to provide the greatest assistance and what Business Mentor would best suit those needs.
The client, or Mentee, is looking to learn from those who have the experience and knowledge to empower them to be better and to navigate the inevitable challenges they face in today’s competitive business environment.

- You are willing to listen and receive constructive feedback related to you and your business that may challenge you at times.
- You are motivated and determined to grow your business.
- You will be able to commit to the mentoring relationship, working proactively to ensure tasks are achieved in a timely manner with open and honest communication.
