There are 3 ways to enter.


1. Download the Entry Form PDF. Complete it. Save it and email it to jo@publicimpressions.co.nz

2. Download the Entry Form PDF. Print it out. Complete it and mail it to our address on the pdf.

3. Complete and submit the online Entry Form here.

Make sure that all supporting documents are completed and mailed or email to us.

Attention: If your PDF file opens in a new tab, please DO NOT fill-out the PDF in your internet browser's tab. This is because we cannot guarantee that the changes that you make to the PDF in your internet browser will be saved. Instead, we recommend that you save the PDF to your desktop before you begin to enter text. 

You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Download the PDF
  2. Save it to your computer
  3. Open your document from your computer
  4. When you want to save your document, click on FILE > SAVE AS and follow the commands to save
  5. We recommend that you undertake a test run of this process to ensure that your work will be saved
  6. Once you have finished completing the document, save it for a final time and email the PDF to jo@publicimpressions.co.nz
