The purpose of this two-day course is to extend the skill level of H&S Representatives. Key audience:
This course is suitable for people who have completed the Stage 1 course and are interested in taking their skills to the next level. It would also be useful for anyone who would like to know about the requirements for the role or who have employees in these positions.
Learning outcomes
- Identify and report on links to productivity due to improved health and safety practices.
- Determine injury causal factors from incident reports and notifiable events.
- Provide detailed feedback to H&S Committee meetings for further action.
