Annual General Meeting August 2026

A general definition of a Trust Tairāwhiti beneficiary is anyone who lives within the district, and any person or organisation that does business in the district that has either:

• enrolled to vote in local elections,
• a district ratepayer,
• pays a power bill connected to the district lines company.

Beneficiaries are formally defined in paragraph 1.3 of Trust Tairāwhiti Trust Deed

1. 2025/26 Financial Statements and Annual Report
   Proposed Motion: Trust Tairāwhiti Consolidated Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026 be received and noted.
2. Appointment of auditor
   Proposed motion: In the interest of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, beneficiaries reappoint Deloitte as Trust Tairāwhiti’s auditor for the period from the conclusion of this Annual Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting.
3. Auditor Fee
   Proposed motion: The remuneration of the Auditor of Trust Tairāwhiti for the period from the conclusion of this Annual Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting fixed by trustees.
4. 2026/27 Statement of Intent
   Proposed motion: That the Statement of Intent for the 2026/27 year be received and noted.
