Trust Tairāwhiti invites all beneficiaries of the Trust to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting. At this meeting, the Trust will report on our activities over the past financial year and our 2026/27 Statement of Intent.
A general definition of a Trust Tairāwhiti beneficiary is anyone who lives within the district, and any person or organisation that does business in the district that has either:
- enrolled to vote in local elections,
- a district ratepayer,
- pays a power bill connected to the district lines company.
Beneficiaries are formally defined in paragraph 1.3 of Trust Tairāwhiti Trust Deed
