Course description
The Dale Carnegie Course is a practical programme designed to strengthen the communication and human relations skills needed in today’s business environment. Participants will develop greater confidence in interacting with others, learn how to build relationships based on trust and respect, and strengthen their ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
The course also develops practical skills for engaging others, solving problems, managing stress and handling change. Participants will learn techniques they can apply in the workplace to strengthen relationships, provide constructive feedback and encourage positive action.
One day a week over three weeks.
