In this gamified session, teams are tasked with using a budget to make the best technology investment decisions for our digital factory, before justifying their investment to gain points. This challenge requires critical analysis of budget; possible return on investment; strategy, and pain points for scenarios across operations from order receipt to fulfilment. Attendees will experience the beginner, intermediate and advanced-level technology solutions that help manufacturers tackle specific pain points across the value chain.
With opportunities to get hands-on and try many of the technologies, you will reflect on where different technologies would add value in your own manufacturing environment as a key takeaway. After the event you'll receive an email with a personalised reference pack for your business including customised feedback, key information and notes taken by attendees during the session.
This event is ideal for operators, functional and senior leaders. To get maximum benefit from the session, we recommend between 2-10 attendees from each organisation. This event will help educate teams on the technologies and engage all staff, supporting adoption of industry 4.0 & change management.
